Jenkins

Back in 2016 Mr Russell Jenkins of Jenkins Bakery was looking for a new installations company to take over the refurbishments of existing shops, design and install their up and coming green sites, and act as Principal Contractor/Designer – Pro Spec Interiors were recommended to Mr Jenkins by a Consultant in the industry.

Pro Spec Interiors Ltd completed a full refit of their Whitewalls branch in Swansea.  We have also done mini refits to Carmarthen, Llanelli Thomas street, Llanelli the Avenue, Gowerton, Briton Ferry, Port Mead. Along with a complete café refurbishment at the Ammanford site.

We have also carried out the complete fit out of their new store in Cross Hands which included a large café/ seating area, and their usual take away.  We continue to be their Installation Company after nearly 4 years now.

Copperfish

By recommendation we were approached by the owners of mumbles pier to refurbish their café. After a couple of meetings, we created a programme of safe works and carried out the installation of a brand new counter with Corian worktops, Amtico flooring to Café seating area, and safety flooring behind the counter with new studworks and tiling.

These works were phased over a 2-week period of nights whilst keeping the café open during the day.  On the back of the café we have completed the refurbishment of their old pub into a restaurant and take away.

This included structural repairs to the floor, new steelwork and an opening for Bi-folding aluminium doors, aluminium entrance doors and double glazed aluminium windows and new LVT floor finish, stud works, hygienic wall cladding to their preparation area, ceramic tiling and safety flooring, internal and external timber cladding and joinery works.

The Smoke Haus

“Mr Mark Power of The Smoke Haus approached me to help him create a new restaurant in Cardiff, he had the site but funds were limited, he was very clear on how he wanted it to look so over a couple of meeting on site we designed and value engineered the premises to suit his needs.

I had the site drawn by an architect to building regulations and the rest is history really, we had 8 weeks on site to create what was drawn, a few trials and tribulations along the way but the restaurant opened on time and to great revues and continues to be a great success.
